As I continue to wait, I wanted to give you a quick update.  While I’m home, I’m not slowing down.

This week I made a newsletter for Wildfire Ministries.

I’ve also been studying my Swahili 🙂

Storms have been brewing too!  Brainstorms, that is!  One idea I’ve come up with is to make prayer cards of people I’ve run into during my ministry.  I will make a little bookmark that includes a picture, location, and information on the person(s).  I will then hand them out to people who want one, so YOU can pray for people around the world.  If you’re interested in this, please let me know so I can send you one (or more!).

I’m also collecting items (some so I can do projects here, and others so I can take back to people in Africa!)

If you have any Christmas or other greeting cards you haven’t discarded yet, I’d LOVE to take them off your hands!  I will cut them up and use parts of them for different projects.

If you have any old, but usable unlocked smartphones, I’d LOVE to take them off your hands!

If you have any cotton material laying around the house….I’d again love to take it off your hands!

Just another reminder I’m still support raising and collecting money for the stuffed animal project in Nairobi (about $150/month) and Bibles!  Thank you everyone for your kindness, love, and support in ALL the ways!  We are the hands and feet of Jesus TOGETHER!!

“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:58

  1. What a beautiful newsletter. It just pulls me in. Of course, you aren’t just sitting home wasting time. That is so not you! Love that you are ministering from afar even when Covid has put a monkey wrench in your plans. God is using you girl!
